- Coordinate export orders and shipment schedules.
- Communicate with international customers regarding orders and dispatch updates.
- Prepare export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics, and internal departments.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer queries and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain export records, reports, and order status updates.
- Support the sales team with quotations and order processing.
