Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Explain gym memberships, personal training programs, and fitness services to potential clients.
- Convert inquiries into paid memberships or program enrollments .
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM .
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally .
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals .
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for client onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with existing members for renewals and upselling .

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and persuasion skills :

- Basic sales and negotiation ability :

- Comfortable with calling and lead conversion :

- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel :

- Interest or background in fitness, gym, or wellness industry

Qualifications :

- Graduate in any field (Sales/Marketing preferred)

- 1-3 years experience in inside sales / telesales / fitness sales :

- Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
