About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Event Coordinator to support our database building, client outreach, and event sales efforts. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales, events, and the travel media industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Research & Extraction

Identify and extract relevant industry contacts and company data from online sources (LinkedIn, websites, directories, etc.).

- Database Management
- Outbound Calling & Sales Pitching

Reach out to potential clients via calls to introduce company offerings, generate interest, and support delegate/sponsorship sales.

- Lead Generation

Identify potential leads for events, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.

- Event Coordination Support

Assist in coordinating with participants, delegates, and partners for events and exhibitions.

- CRM & Reporting

Update call outcomes, leads, and contact information in CRM or tracking sheets regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Travel & Tourism Management / Event Management :





- Solid communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

- Confidence in making outbound calls

- Good internet research skills

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt

- Comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Persistent and target-oriented mindset

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
