Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential business clients
- Promote and explain company products to customers
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Follow up with prospective clients for business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities
- Support the sales team in generating business leads

Required Skills :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and client handling
- Interest in B2B sales and product sales
- Confidence in speaking with customers and clients
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to business requirements
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office familiarity
