About Us: We are an established logistics company operating for over 5 years with an active FMC license, offering end-to-end international logistics and freight forwarding solutions. As we expand our presence in the U.S. freight brokerage market, we are seeking experienced professionals who can bring and manage their own customer base.

This role is designed for experienced freight brokerage professionals who already understand the U.S. logistics market and can independently generate freight opportunities.

Important: Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage freight brokerage clients in the U.S. market
- Bring and maintain an existing book of business (preferred)
- Secure freight shipments and coordinate with operations for execution
- Build long-term relationships with shippers and logistics partners
- Expand revenue through new client acquisition and repeat shipments

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years experience in U.S. freight brokerage sales
- Strong knowledge of U.S. trucking and freight brokerage operations
- Ability to generate and manage shipments independently
- Existing shipper relationships or book of business preferred
- Strong negotiation and client management skills

Compensation: Commission-based partnership - 50% flat commission on generated revenue, with additional incentives for high volume.
