About the Opportunity

Looking to build an international career in FMCG sales?

ETS SM Trading is the market leader in Kolwezi, DR Congo , with multiple retail stores and a strong distribution network across Katanga Province. We are expanding our sales force and looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Representatives ready to take their careers global.

This is a fully sponsored overseas role — accommodation, food, visa, and air ticket from Mumbai are provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive FMCG product sales in assigned territories
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop strong retailer and distributor relationships
- Expand market coverage and onboard new customers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends




- Ensure product visibility and merchandising standards
- Submit daily and monthly sales performance reports
- 1-3+ years of FMCG sales experience (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to relocate to DR Congo
- Valid passport required
