Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting doctors, distributors, stockists, and potential clients to promote our pharmaceutical products, generate leads, and support the sales team in expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to doctors, distributors, and retailers to introduce and promote pharmaceutical products

Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team

Maintain and update customer database and call records

Follow up with existing clients for orders and feedback





Provide accurate product information to customers

Handle customer queries in a professional manner

Build and maintain good relationships with clients

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications : Minimum qualification: Graduate

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products

Good convincing and negotiation skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in pharmaceutical telecalling, PCD pharma, or healthcare industry preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
