What You'll Do :

- Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with current and existing clients, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Sales : Develop and execute tailored sales strategies, especially targeting Pharma franchise and PCD clients.
- Sales Analysis : Track, analyze, and report sales activities to consistently achieve and surpass targets.
- Market Growth : Identify new opportunities and effectively promote Pharma franchise and PCD business solutions.
- Collaborative Approach : Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to guarantee exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements : What We're Looking For :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.




- 2+ years of sales experience; at least 1 year in Pharma business development preferred.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
