About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Explain product features, pricing, finance options, offers, and perks.
- Conduct test rides and guide customers through the purchase journey.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure showroom cleanliness.
- Assist with documentation, billing, and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and ensure good post-sales communication.
- Support marketing and local promotional activities when needed.

Requirements :





- Freshers to 3 years of experience in sales (Automobile/EV preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Must be able to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
