About the Role -

Kritin Infotech Pvt. Ltd . is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Telesales Executive to promote and generate sales opportunities for TECKPRO Interactive Flat Panels and Smart Classroom Solutions .

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and institutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Explain TECKPRO Interactive Flat Panel features and benefits to customers.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare call reports and sales activity reports.




- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities through telecalling.

Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline. 2-5 years of experience in Telesales or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach .
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Experience in EdTech, IT Products, Educational Solutions, or Institutional Sales will be preferred.

- ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
