Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the company database.
- Introduce and explain the company’s real estate projects and ongoing offers.
- Generate quality leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for interested customers.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and lead status in the system.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide proper information about projects.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / Calling tools).
- Minimum qualification :HSC / Graduate preferred .
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
