BIPS Systems Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support business development activities for Audio & Video Conferencing Solutions in Government and Enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities in government and private sectors
- Promote Audio/Video Conferencing solutions to enterprise clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Assist in preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Coordinate with OEM partners such as Cisco, PeopleLink, HP, and similar brands
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support sales targets and revenue growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Required Skills :

- Basic understanding of Audio/Video Conferencing solutions
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes
- Client relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel for business meetings





Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage

Experience Required

2 - 4 years of relevant experience in:

- IT Sales & Marketing
- Audio/Video Conferencing Solutions
- Enterprise or Government Client Handling
- Business Development Activities
- Experience in Audio/Video Conferencing product sales or marketing
- Knowledge of Government tendering and bidding process
- Familiarity with conferencing platforms and enterprise communication solutions
