The Principal will be responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and operational leadership of the school while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning setting aligned with CBSE standards and the school’s vision. Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership - Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the CBSE curriculum - Establish high standards for teaching, learning, and student achievement - Monitor academic performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement - Conduct classroom observations and support effective instructional practices - Promote innovative and student-centered teaching methodologies - Ensure effective assessment, evaluation, and reporting systems - Support students with diverse academic and emotional needs - Encourage co-curricular and extracurricular excellence School Administration & Operations - Oversee the overall functioning and daily operations of the school - Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and statutory requirements - Manage school records, documentation, and reporting systems - Supervise infrastructure, facilities, transport, safety, and security systems - Develop and monitor school budgets and financial planning - Ensure implementation of discipline policies and code of conduct - Utilize technology for efficient school administration and communication Staff Leadership & Development - Lead recruitment, onboarding, mentoring,
