### URGENT HIRING### HR EXECUTIVE

Work Location - Surat, Gujarat

Experience Required - 2-3 years

We are a quick-growing AI technology startup building innovative solutions for businesses. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to establish and manage core HR processes while supporting our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founders and play a key role in shaping the company's people function.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process Facilitate onboarding and employee induction programs

HR Operations Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives Address employee queries and provide HR support

HR Compliance & Administration Draft offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts,



and HR policies Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements Support implementation of HR processes and systems

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Diploma in HR preferred) 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations Experience hiring for sales, technical, or IT roles is an advantage Knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll processes, and labour law compliance Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
