Al Salama School of Safety Studies is looking for experienced Academic Counselors who can guide students professionally and help them choose the right safety and technical courses based on their career goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Counsel students (walk-in, phone & online) regarding safety courses (NEBOSH, IOSH, Fire & Safety, Diploma courses, etc.)
- Explain course details, duration, fees, certification & career opportunities
- Handle student enquiries, follow-ups & admissions
- Maintain enquiry and admission records accurately
- Coordinate with faculty and administration for batch scheduling
- Support students throughout the admission process
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Participate in promotional activities & career guidance sessions

Requirements :

- Minimum 1-3 years experience as Academic Counselor / Admission Counselor




- Experience in education institute, training center or safety institute preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Malayalam mandatory)
- Good convincing and counseling skills
- Target-oriented & student-friendly approach

Qualification :

- Any Degree / Diploma
- Education or counseling background is an advantage
