- In depth understanding of credit agreements and lending related documents, including rent rolls, operating statements, and similar financial records
- Experience in conducting regulatory data tracing exercises
- Good understanding of FRY 14Q H1 & H2 and related regulatory reporting schedules
- Proven ability to collaborate with technology teams, data governance teams, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve complex data discrepancies
- Robust analytical skills with the capability to quickly identify issues, escalate as needed, and propose effective solutions
- Working knowledge of running and interpreting Business Objects (BO) reports
- Ability to track activity progress, monitor timelines, and proactively highlight delays to the manager
