As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Systems Administrator to join our Bangalore team. This role is central to our global e-commerce operations, manufacturing, and distribution environment.

As this is a high-impact, real-time role, you will work in office five days a week during the night shift where you will be at the forefront of our operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams both in the US and India to enhance our processes, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Advanced Reporting : Design, implement, and maintain complex NetSuite Saved Searches and reports to track e-commerce performance, inventory accuracy, and financial reconciliation.
- System Administration : Manage user roles, permissions, and security. Maintain custom records, fields, and forms tailored to our e-commerce workflows.
- Workflow Optimization : Use SuiteFlow to automate business processes such as order approvals, shipping notifications, and return authorizations.
- Troubleshooting : Act as the primary point of contact for system errors, performing root-cause analysis for any discrepancies between the web storefront and the ERP.
- User Training and Support : Provide hands-on support and training to end-users, empowering them to leverage NetSuite effectively and addressing any technical challenges they encounter.
- Documentation and Best Practices : Develop comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations, while also promoting best practices within the NetSuite ecosystem.
- Data Integrity : Conduct regular audits and mass updates to ensure the system remains the "single source of truth" for the organization.
- Integration Expertise :



Collaborate closely with the IT team to integrate NetSuite with other e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
- Collaboration :Work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to support system needs.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Saved Search Expertise : Demonstrated ability to create advanced Saved Searches using formulas, joins, and summary criteria.
- Shift/Location : Must be able to work on-site in Bangalore 5 days a week during night shift hours.
- Technical Skills : Deep understanding of NetSuite SuiteBuilder (custom fields, lists, records), SuiteFlow and creating custom dashboards with SuiteAnalytics.
- Language Proficiency :Fluent English** (written and verbal) is required for daily coordination with US-based stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- Certifications : NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications.
- E-commerce Background : Direct experience managing eCommerce platforms integrations within a NetSuite environment.
- Familiarity with Suite Script 2.0 and web analytics tools.
- Integrations, APIs & EDI
- Support and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems (CRM, eCommerce, WMS, 3PL, EDI providers, etc.).
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs to enable system-to-system data exchange.
- Support EDI transactions (orders, ASNs, invoices, acknowledgements) and partner onboarding.
