Job Summary : The Academic Director is responsible for leading, strengthening, and continuously improving the academic ecosystem of the institution with a primary focus on NEET and JEE coaching programs. The role involves strategic academic planning, curriculum execution, assessment quality assurance, faculty mentoring, student performance analysis, and implementation of result-oriented academic systems to ensure excellence in competitive examination outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Planning & Curriculum Management

- Develop and implement an integrated academic curriculum framework aligned with NEET and JEE competitive examination requirements.
- Design structured yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily academic planners for NEET/JEE batches.
- Review and monitor lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, study materials, and academic execution.
- Ensure syllabus completion as per planned academic schedules and examination timelines.
- Standardize academic delivery across batches and departments.

Assessment & Examination Management

- Review and validate Question Papers (QP), mock tests, worksheets, assignments, and test series to ensure:

- Appropriate difficulty levels

- Competency-based assessment standards

- Ensure error-free,



high-quality assessment materials.

- Monitor assessment schedules and examination processes.

Teaching Quality & Academic Auditing

- Conduct regular classroom observations and academic audits.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentoring support to faculty members.
- Identify faculty training requirements and organize improvement plans.

Student Performance Monitoring & Academic Analysis

- Identify learning gaps and weak performance areas.

- Implement corrective intervention strategies including:

- Remedial plans

- Prepare detailed academic analysis reports with actionable insights.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve NEET/JEE ranks and selections.

Faculty Development & Leadership

- Conduct faculty review meetings and academic discussions.
- Organize Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and training sessions.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and academic excellence among faculty teams.

Academic Operations & Coordination

- Ensure timely completion of Syllabus, Assessments, Test series, Academic documentation and Progress reports.
- Coordinate with Academic Coordinators, Department Heads, and Management for smooth academic operations.

Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Education or relevant academic discipline.
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred.
- Additional certifications in competitive exam training, academic leadership, or educational management will be an advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in:

- NEET/JEE teaching

- Academic coordination

- Academic administration

- Competitive exam coaching institutions

- Proven experience in managing high-performing NEET/JEE academic programs and delivering strong examination results.

Salary : 25-35 LPA (Based on experience, expertise, and academic leadership capabilities)

Reporting To

- Management / Principal / Director

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
