IT Infrastructure Engineer

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security

- Configure, manage, and monitor firewalls, security policies, VPNs, and access control rules

- Manage network switching including VLAN configuration, port security, and basic Layer 2 / Layer 3 troubleshooting

- Administer Microsoft Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, and Storage

- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including:

- User and group administration

- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

- Conditional Access policies

- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive and corrective actions





- Manage and monitor CCTV surveillance systems to ensure physical security

- Administer biometric access control systems for secure physical access management

- Provide Windows and macOS operating system support for end users

- Handle and maintain NAS storage systems, including access control and backups

- Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation and ensure compliance with IT security best practices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
