Job Title :Hostel Warden

Location : On-campus Indore Institute of Law, Gendalal Bam Parisar, Opposite to IIM Indore Rau Pithampur Road, Rau Indore

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years as Hostel Warden or similar role

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily hostel operations.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and proper conduct among hostel residents.
- Maintain records of residents, visitors, and room allotments.
- Address complaints, grievances, and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with administration for maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Ensure adherence to hostel rules and institutional policies.
- Monitor entry/exit of residents and visitors.
- Conduct regular rounds to maintain order and security within the hostel premises.
- Report incidents or issues to the management as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostel Warden or in a similar administrative role.




- Robust disciplinary and supervisory skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts and manage students effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to stay on the hostel premises (24×7 availability required).

Preferred Skills

- Experience in educational institutions will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
