Job Summary : We are looking for a responsible Operations Executive to handle day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth functioning of the factory and office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in startup, shutdown, and routine plant operations
- Handle housekeeping, security, and facility management
- Support maintenance and logistics coordination when required
- Maintain records of office supplies, purchase requests, and inventory




- Manage courier, dispatch, and documentation
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and material usage logs
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of office and factory premises
- Vendor coordination
- Deliver product samples to clients or transporters when required
- Documentation and office support

Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in administration in a manufacturing or industrial company
- Good communication and coordination skills

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Basic knowledge of chemical engineering processes
- Understanding of industrial safety practices
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,101.33 - ₹35,000.00 per month
