We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, serving as both a knowledgeable guide and a results-driven admissions representative.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Consultation & Guidance : Conduct personalized counseling sessions with walk-in students and their parents to identify their educational needs and recommend the most suitable courses offered by the institute.
- Admissions & Sales : Actively drive student enrollment by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Relationship Management : Serve as a dedicated point of contact for students throughout their entire academic journey, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth path to course completion.
- Financial Administration : Oversee the fee collection process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely payments.
- Administrative Coordination : Maintain student records and coordinate with academic departments to provide accurate information regarding course schedules and requirements.

- Communication Excellence : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills : A patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor when dealing with students and parents.
- Organizational Ability : Strong multitasking skills to manage counseling, administrative tasks, and fee collection simultaneously.
- Educational Background : A Bachelor’s degree in any field (prior experience in education sales or counseling is a plus)
