1. System Administration

- Manage and monitor servers (Windows), virtualization platforms, and cloud services.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades.

- Network Management

- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Ensure network performance, availability, and security.

- User Support

- Provide support for technical issues.
- Assist with hardware/software installations and troubleshooting.

- Security & Complianc e

- Implement and monitor security policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and regulations.

- Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
- Generate performance and incident reports for management.

- Collaboration

- Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services.
- Participate in infrastructure projects and upgrades

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
