Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Alternate Saturday Working

Experience: 8-12 Years (Strictly not more than 14 years)

About the Role : We’re hiring an experienced Account Executive - Retail & Ecommerce with strong US client communication and hands-on retail backend experience to manage teams and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities : Manage assigned projects and lead teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

Supervise and handle a team of 20+ members

Communicate directly with US-based retail clients to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction

Handle backend retail operations such as cataloguing, inventory, pricing, and item listings

Work on ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Lightspeed,



or similar toolsIdentify process gaps and implement operational improvements

Prepare reports, MIS, and ensure compliance with reporting standards

Mandatory Requirements

8-12 years of experience (Max 14 years)

Strong communication skills with proven US client interaction

Retail & Ecommerce backend experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration / Operations Management

High attention to detail and customer-focused mindset

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per month
