Job Title : Project Coordinator

Educational Qualification :Master’s in Engineering (M.E.) - Civil

Experience Required :10-15 years of experience in construction project management.

Job location : Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and monitor all ongoing construction projects across various locations to ensure work is progressing according to schedule and standards.
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager
- May require regular field visits to construction sites across locations to monitor progress, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and support coordination between field staff and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Maintain project documentation (contracts, drawings, permits, RFIs, change orders)
- Oversee and monitor all ongoing construction projects across various locations to ensure work is progressing according to schedule and standards.
- Facilitate information flow and collaboration between site teams, supervisors, engineers, and office-based project teams .




- Act as the point of contact for government officers, regulatory authorities, and departmental representatives during inspections, approvals, compliance checks, and other official engagements.
- May require regular field visits to construction sites across locations to monitor progress, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and support coordination between field staff and project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Master's degree in civil engineering with 10-15 years of experience
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Serve as the primary coordination link between field staff and the project management team , ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, tasks, and priorities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
