Job Title: Office Assistant (Accounts & Administration)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Data Entry: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including entering vouchers, managing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records using Tally software.
- Excel Management: Formulate, update, and maintain basic Excel spreadsheets for tracking expenses, petty cash, daily reports, and other administrative data.
- Communication: Handle business correspondence and internal/external communications efficiently in both English and Hindi.
- Back-Office Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as file management, record keeping, and organizing office documents to ensure a highly efficient workspace.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Tally Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Tally (Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime) for regular accounting tasks.
- MS Excel Skills: Good understanding of Microsoft Excel,



including basic formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP), formatting, and data organization.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written command of both English and Hindi .
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 of experience in a back-office, administrative, or basic accounting role.
