About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Telecaller to join our Business Development team and help generate and convert potential clients for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant digital marketing services.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain and regularly update lead records and follow-ups.
- Track all leads generated through campaigns and maintain lead status.
- Keep track of the amount spent on lead generation through credit cards or other payment methods.
- Monitor lead spend, cost per lead, and overall campaign-related expenses.
- Maintain daily/weekly records of leads, spending, and conversions.




- Coordinate with the team for client follow-ups and successful closures.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
