- Key Responsibilities amp; Skills
Domestic amp; International Flight Ticketing
Hands-on knowledge of Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, or Worldspan
PNR creation, ticket issuance amp; reissuance
Date changes, schedule changes amp; refunds
B2B amp; B2C travel sales operations
Knowledge of airline fares, city codes amp; airport codes




Airline coordination and international time-zone shifts
