Skill & Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
- Handle billing, invoicing, and receipt entries
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Maintain records for travel bookings, agents, and suppliers
- Process payments, reimbursements, and expense reports
- Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- minimum 1 years of experience as an Accounts Executive (travel industry preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally / Excel / ERP systems)
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in travel agency or tourism company accounting
- Vendor & client payment management
- Invoice tracking and reconciliation
- Time management and multitasking
