**Position: Projects Manager – Environmental Infrastructure**

*Location:** Mumbai, Maharashtra

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Experience:** 7–10 Years

**Industry:** Infrastructure / Construction / Real Estate

**Key Project Areas:**

- Solid Waste Management (SWM) & Organic Waste Converter (OWC)

- Wastewater Management – STP/ETP

- Landscaping, Horticulture & Plantation

- Hardscape & External Development

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and handover.

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, project budgets, and execution schedules.

- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.

- Manage contractors, vendors, project engineers, and site teams.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments.

- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and applicable statutory requirements.

- Handle site inspections,



contractor bill verification, project reporting, and final handover.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project execution.

- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: SWM/OWC, STP/ETP, landscaping, or external development.

- Solid knowledge of BOQs, estimation, budgeting, cost control, and contractor management.

- Good leadership, coordination, and project management skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
