Snapmint is looking for experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Email Support Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing accurate and timely resolutions through email.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints through email.
- Provide accurate information and resolutions according to company policies and SOPs.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with customers.
- Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and tagging of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and response-time targets.
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and data-privacy policies.




- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.

Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in an email/non-voice process.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable written English and email communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email.
- Good typing and multitasking skills.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
