Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team in Surat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Visit clients and explain products/services.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
