CARETAKER – JOB VACANCY

Asset Alpine Oaks Owners Association (AOOA)

Asset Alpine Oaks Owners Association is looking for a responsible, reliable and proactive Caretaker to manage the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our residential community.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas.

Handle minor plumbing and electrical maintenance works.

Monitor day-to-day maintenance activities.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors and service providers.

Report maintenance issues and follow up until resolution.

Conduct regular checks of common facilities and identify issues proactively.

Take initiative to ensure the smooth functioning of the community.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of plumbing works.

Basic knowledge of electrical works.

Proactive and self-motivated approach.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Honest, reliable and punctual.

Previous experience as a caretaker or in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of MyGate will be an added advantage.

Job Location

Asset Alpine Oaks, Kochi, Kerala

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
