Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries and provide excellent support throughout the online jewellery buying journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to understand and explain jewellery products clearly.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, online chat and Instagram queries.

· Assist customers with product selection, designs, gold karat, gold colour, diamond details, sizes, pricing, and customization options.

· Explain product specifications, availability, pricing, shipping, returns, and order-related information.

· Guide customers through the online ordering and checkout process.

· Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, abandoned carts, and pending orders.

· Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams to resolve customer queries.

· Track orders and provide customers with timely updates on production and delivery.

· Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward quick resolutions.





· Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and orders.

· Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

· Ensure all customer communication is polite, accurate, skilled, and timely.

· Navigating internal databases and systems to quickly access customer, product, and order information and provide accurate assistance to clients.

Preferred Candidate

· Experience in customer service, e-commerce, jewellery, retail, or online sales will be preferred.

· Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

· Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-oriented and customer-focused environment.
