Job Summary

Aira Euro Automation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Helper to support our production, assembly, store, and general factory operations. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, physically fit, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist workers and technicians in daily production and assembly activities.
- Move and arrange materials, components, valves, and other products as instructed.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Support the fitter and production team during assembly and manufacturing work.
- Keep the workplace clean and organized.
- Assist with packing, material handling, and dispatch activities when required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff.
- Handle tools and materials carefully.
- Follow company safety rules and procedures.
- Perform other general factory duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications





- Minimum 8th to 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing unit, or industrial company will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Hindi/Gujarati.
- Physically fit and able to perform material-handling work.
- Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

- 0 to 2 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.

Compensation & Perks

- Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
