About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for expanding our retail network and driving the adoption of digital financial services in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard new retailers and merchants to the assigned area.
- Promote and drive transactions for core products, including UPI Cash pint.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners to ensure consistent business growth and active engagement.
- Meet monthly sales and acquisition targets.
- Provide on-ground support, training, and troubleshooting for merchants using the platform.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in field sales (Fintech, Telecom, or FMCG preferred).




- Strong understanding of retail distribution and agent networks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
