Job Title: Factory Supervisior
Job Summmary
The Factory & Purchase Supervisor is responsible for managing daily work on the factory floor and buying the materials needed to keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily factory floor operations and manage shift production schedules.
* Assign daily tasks and set clear performance expectations for team members.
* Resolve workplace conflicts promptly and maintain strong team morale.
* Find positive suppliers and order raw materials, spare parts, and tools.
*Ensure finished goods meet company quality standards.
Preferred Skills
* Basic understanding of Computer Knowledge.
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
