Business Development Associate Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Associate to drive lead generation, manage prospective databases, and execute marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities * Cold Calling: Spend 2 hours daily conducting outbound outreach to qualify potential leads. * Database Management: Clean, filter, and continuously update sales databases in Microsoft Excel. * Zoho Campaigns: Run and monitor marketing campaigns through Zoho (training provided). * Outreach: Write compelling sales copy and follow-up emails for prospects. Required Skills * Cold Calling: Demonstrated confidence and experience with phone outreach. * Advanced Excel: Proficiency in using data filters, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP. * Email Drafting: Strong written communication skills to write skilled, persuasive emails. * Tech-Savvy: Fast learner comfortable adopting marketing platforms.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
