Job Description – Heat Treatment Supervisor

Position: Heat Treatment Supervisor
Department: Production / Heat Treatment
Location: Karnal (Ramba)
Experience: 3–7 years in Heat Treatment / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day heat treatment operations and production activities.
- Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces and related equipment.
- Ensure proper temperature, heating, soaking and cooling cycles as per specifications.
- Monitor furnace parameters and maintain process records.
- Ensure quality of heat-treated components as per customer and company requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance teams.
- Identify and resolve process-related issues and abnormalities.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of components in furnaces.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure secure working practices on the shop floor.
- Maintain production reports, inspection records and other required documentation.
- Train and guide operators and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Ensure housekeeping and 5S activities in the heat treatment area.
- Support process improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
