About Company : Our client is an Italy based mechanical equipment manufacturing company

Position - Accounts & Taxation Executive

Job Location Dive Village,Thane

CTC: 4.00–5.00 Lakh per annum, or as per the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.

Industry: Manufacturing

Experience: 6–7 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Manage AP, AR, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and monthly closing.
- Prepare MIS, financial reports and account schedules.
- Handle GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Prepare GST returns and perform GSTR-2B / ITC reconciliation.
- Monitor vendor GST compliance and follow up for discrepancies.
- Handle tax notices, assessments and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors.
- Support inventory accounting,



purchase/sales reconciliation and manufacturing expense accounting.
- Prepare management reports and ensure timely payment and filing of statutory dues.

Desired Skills

- Solid knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS.
- Experience in manufacturing/plant accounting preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.
