About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Insights Manager who can consolidate data from multiple sources into a reliable, interactive dashboard that drives weekly business reviews and actionable decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a unified data layer using raw files, unique IDs, and City and SKU master tables.
Develop standardized dashboard views covering Overview, Category amp; Competition, City amp; SKU Mix, Ads, Discounts, Alerts amp; Movers.
Build interactive dashboards with filters for month, channel, zone, and city, including KPI tiles and month-on-month trends.
Maintain accurate data across q-commerce, marketplaces, modern trade, and distributors.
Clean, model, and reconcile data using advanced Excel, SQL, or Python.
Validate sales, advertising spends, share percentages, dates, and other data points before publishing.
Translate business data into actionable insights through clear charts, tables, and concise summaries.




Maintain documentation of metric calculations, dashboard views, data issues, and fixes.
Refresh dashboards monthly and ensure consistent reporting across channels.
Skills amp;
Requirements
Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau; HTML/JavaScript is a bonus.
Strong understanding of data modelling, joins, master tables, and data reconciliation.
Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL or Python (pandas) is an advantage.
Valuable visualisation skills and the ability to present complex data simply.
Understanding of sales, units, market share, margins, availability, and advertising efficiency (ROAS).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to validate numbers against source data.
Experience with q-commerce or marketplaces such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Amazon is preferred.
Candidates should have at least two end-to-end dashboards to showcase.
