Robust experience in Salesforce DevOps, Gearset CI/CD pipelines, Git integration, automated testing, regression suites, deployment approvals, Apex testing, static analysis, release validation, rollback, and audit evidence. Mandatory skills include sandbox refresh management, Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, PowerShell/Bash/Python scripting, API automation, Gearset data masking, selective data deployment, relationship-aware Case/Account/Activity refresh, sensitive-field discovery, deterministic masking, and masking verification. Strong understanding of credential security, least-privilege access, SOX release gates, deployment logs, change traceability, failure triage, and release quality gates is required.
