Role & responsibilities

- Perform routine analysis of API, intermediates, and raw materials using Gas Chromatography (GC).
- Operate and troubleshoot GC instruments and perform analytical testing as per approved specifications and SOPs.
- Handle analytical instruments and ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and usage.
- Prepare and review analytical data, laboratory records, and test reports in compliance with cGMP and data integrity requirements.
- Follow USFDA, ICH, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results in coordination with the QC team.
- Maintain laboratory documentation, logbooks, and instrument records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, laboratory SOPs, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in API Quality Control.
- Solid knowledge of Gas Chromatography and routine analytical testing.
