Job Summary

J&J; Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, expand our real estate network and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, negotiation and client relationship management skills, along with a good understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, market visits and negotiations to convert opportunities into business.
- Research market trends, competitor activities and emerging
- Maintain a strong business pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business development targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.




- Proven business development and client acquisition skills.
- Good understanding of the real estate industry and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools is preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 37 years of relevant experience in real estate sales or business development preferred.
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
- Candidates with a proven track record of generating business and closing deals are encouraged to apply.
