2. Hands-on experience in Channel Sales and Dealer Management.
3. Ability to appoint and develop dealers, sub-dealers, and retail network.
4. Positive communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Experience in achieving monthly sales targets and market expansion activities.
6. Capable of handling secondary sales, primary sales, and collection follow-up.
7. Experience in conducting retailer meets, mechanic engagement activities, and local promotions.
8. Should be comfortable with field travel and extensive market visits.
9. Knowledge of sales reporting tools, mobile sales apps, and basic MS Excel.
10. Ability to analyze competitor activities and provide market feedback regularly.
11. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
