Job Summary

Dia Hotels & Homes is hiring motivated Housekeeping Attendants to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across our portfolio of boutique hotels, serviced apartments, and private luxury villas in Goa.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Area Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing of hotel rooms, villa living spaces, bedrooms, and serviced apartment units.
- Linen & Bedding Setup: Change bed linens, make beds according to company standards, and handle towel/laundry management.
- Bathroom & Kitchenette Care: Clean and sanitize attached bathrooms, fixtures, glass surfaces, and kitchenette areas in apartments and villas.
- Restocking Amenities: Replenish room supplies, toiletries, tea/coffee trays, water, and guest convenience items.
- Property Inspection:



Check property condition during guest turnarounds, report maintenance issues or damaged equipment immediately, and secure any lost-and-found items.
- Outdoor & Balcony Upkeep: Ensure balconies, private pool decks, and patio seating areas in villa properties remain clean and debris-free.

Requirements & Skills

- Open to Freshers; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Physical stamina to manage property layouts, staircases, and multi-bedroom villas.
- Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Konkani.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable with a guest-first attitude.
