Job Description

SHARK & ASSOCIATES, an established Chartered Accountancy firm based in Noida, invites applications from qualified and experienced Accountants / Accounts Executives for handling Income Tax, GST, Accounting and Corporate Compliance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies and other entities.
- Preparation and filing of monthly GST Returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and related reconciliations.
- Maintenance of books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations and finalisation of accounts.
- Maintaining client records, coordinating documentation and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.

Candidate Requirements

- First-Class Graduate in Commerce (B.Com.) or Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com.).
- 1-4 years of relevant experience,



preferably in a practising CA/ CS firm.
- Sound practical knowledge of Accounting, Income Tax Returns and GST compliances.
- Working proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, Income Tax and GST Portals.
- Familiarity with MCA/ROC filings and company incorporation procedures will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently handle accounting and compliance assignments with accuracy and responsibility.
- Good communication skills and a qualified approach towards clients and colleagues.
