Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, website leads, and other platforms.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
- Provide information about project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly to maintain engagement and convert leads into site visits.
- Maintain accurate lead records, customer details, and follow-up updates in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams regarding lead status and campaign inquiries.
- Achieve assigned targets for calls, qualified leads, and site visit bookings.
- Provide timely responses to customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Prepare daily call reports and lead conversion reports for management.
