Role & responsibilities
- Drive Micro LAP business growth across the assigned zone.
- Manage business with a ticket size ranging from 5 lakh to 12 lakh.
- Lead and monitor regional, area, and branch-level sales teams.
- Develop and strengthen DSA, DST, and other sourcing channels.
- Expand market presence and build solid relationships with channel partners.
- Monitor sourcing productivity, login-to-disbursement conversion, and sales performance.
- Ensure portfolio quality through regular monitoring of delinquency, NPA, and collection performance.
- Coordinate with credit, risk, operations, and collections teams for smooth business operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and lending processes.
- Prepare periodic business reports and implement strategies to achieve zonal targets.
