Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for civil works, including facade design and estimation.
- Conduct site visits to estimate quantities and costs of materials required for projects.
- Develop accurate estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and drawings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Provide regular updates on estimated costs and schedules to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in estimation engineering or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Robust knowledge of cost estimation, estimation engineering, and facade design principles.
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs using various software tools such as Excel or specialized software.
